Neta AI is a B2B packaging intelligence platform that tracks regulations and SKU compliance. Our project focused on the Action Center, a shared workspace for reviewing flagged issues, assigning ownership and recording decisions. It gives teams visibility into what has been reviewed and what still needs attention, while their existing workflows handle the work of resolving each issue.
Problem Statement
Neta could identify a compliance issue, but a flag alone did not show whether anyone had reviewed it. Teams needed to acknowledge the issue, identify an owner and record a response without losing the regulatory context. The missing step was a shared record of what happened after detection.

The gap between identifying an issue and documenting a response.
Design Approach
We brought flagged issues into one review workspace. Teams can find the relevant items, inspect their details and document a decision in context. Defining the Action Center as a review and tracking layer kept the scope focused and allowed it to sit alongside the systems companies already use to carry out compliance work.

Key Decisions
Grouping by SKU, regulation or jurisdiction supports different ways of investigating the same portfolio. Bookmarks let users return to relevant items, while the review panel brings ownership, comments and timestamped decisions together. These choices help a team understand both the issue and the record of its response.

Future Features
Two directions sit beyond the core scope. Grouped review could let teams document related issues together, reducing repeated work. Contextual Neta AI assistance could bring the current issue into a question, helping users ask more specifically about the regulation and affected items.

Future concept: a shared review history for related issues.

Reflection
Starting without prior experience in compliance workflows made problem framing especially important. Feedback helped us separate the essential review workflow from future AI concepts, which made the scope clearer. If I revisited the project, I would show the existing workflow more explicitly so the need for each decision is easier to understand.
